Many of our products are made to order. Orders placed by 1 pm PST will generally ship within three to six business days. In the event that we cannot ship your order as expected, we will get in touch with you. For shipping questions please contact us at


We strive to process orders the same business day whenever possible.


Every single order is carefully considered by our team so we can guarantee that the products arrive in their most beautiful condition. For temperature-sensitive edible products such as chocolate, we check the weather of each order location, and, when necessary, add ice packs and insulation to ensure sustained quality.

Generally, we try to send all packages through USPS/USP/FedEx depending on order size and methods chosen at checkout. During extreme heat conditions, and depending on your location, we may suggest one day service due to high temperatures in transit. In those cases, we will contact you directly to coordinate the best option and any adjustments in pricing.

*CONTINENTAL U.S. SHIPPING: When referring to free or discounted shipping specials, most are restricted to the contiguous United States and exclude territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and some military locations. These terms are set by the shipping provider and we have no control over their definition.

*NON CONTINENTAL U.S. CUSTOMERS: When shipping outside of the Continental U.S. please refer to your tracking information to estimate arrival time.


All orders that have been processed and shipped will receive a tracking code through email. Tracking codes may take an additional business day to send depending on the carrier facilities processing times. Please check your spam box if you do not receive your code. Contact if you have questions.


For large quantity orders, we will contact you directly to review shipping options and coordinate delivery needs. On occasion, larger orders will require an additional lead time not otherwise listed on the product pages. If there is a delay, our team will reach out to you right away to assist you with planning for the arrival of your order.


If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 202-996-0155, 10am-6pm EST or email us at with details of the product and quality concern. We are limited in replacement and refund options based on the product manufacturer, but we will work with you and coordinate with the manufacturer to do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your products.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an electronic gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


If no one is available to receive your order upon arrival at its final destination, our carriers will leave it at the door. If this could pose a problem or if the package could be exposed to heat, we recommend shipping to an address where someone can sign for and receive your package. Fearless Voice Network / Reine Media is not responsible for damage due to weather exposure or theft incurred after delivery.

P.O. and A.P.O. BOXES

Our carriers may indicate that they cannot ship to A.P.O. boxes, so please make sure to use a valid street address when placing your order. If you are having difficulty with entering your address upon checkout, please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to coordinate delivery. P.O. boxes shipped through USPS, please use a valid P.O. Box address when placing your order.
